Mille Crêpe Cakes
A mille crêpe cake is built, not baked: around twenty paper-thin crepes cooked one at a time, cooled, and stacked by hand with light cream between every layer. The result cuts like a cake but eats like something much lighter — delicate, silky, and never heavy-sweet. It's the cake Tico Bakery is best known for across Brisbane's southside.
Every cake is made to order at our Rochedale South patisserie, which is why mille crêpe orders need a little notice — at least 3 business days. Choose a whole cake for a birthday or gathering, or try a single slice on a Thursday-to-Saturday walk-in day first. Pickup is from the shop, Tuesday to Saturday.
