By choosing Tico Bakery, you're entering into a sweet agreement. These terms ensure a clear and joyful experience for every cake lover.
01 Ordering & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your slot in our baking schedule.
02 Pickup responsibilities
Please adhere to your selected pickup time. We cannot guarantee product freshness or availability beyond the designated window. Once a cake leaves our bakery, its safety and structural integrity are your responsibility.
03 Cancellations & refunds
Because our creations are handcrafted to order, cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable. For earlier cancellations, a store credit or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
04 Quality & allergies
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, and gluten — while we take every precaution, cross-contamination is possible. We take immense pride in our quality: if your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately during pickup so we can make it right.
05 Final agreement
By purchasing from Tico Bakery, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. We thank you for supporting artisanal baking!
